Oh lord. I can't even mock the fat Americans now. Looks like the Brits will soon be in fat chairs also.

I remember Daniel Lambert from the Blue Peter annual. I was wondering how he'd shape up today.

I noticed that they had a couple of chairs 1-½ x width in the waiting room at A&E.

Yeah, I've seen those more and more in waiting rooms. Always thought they were sofas for two or more people, then someone told me they were for the larger folk!

1) Ban all drive though places.
2) Make doorways narrower.
3) Ban all clothes larger than XL.
Do all of that and the problem will soon vanish. Of course they won't because apparently lardarses have rights too.

This year my company introduced a surcharge in healthcare insurance for tobacco users. I'm thinking why not a surcharge for obese people?

I dream of a future where having to walk anywhere is a thing of the past, and people cruise around on little motorized carts whilst eating delicious snacks.

Being fat is acceptable and people bend over backwards to accommodate them. Being a tobacco user is now deemed unacceptable and frowned upon (both are poor health choices and neither apply to me)

Last time I was in England there seemed to be a worrying number of people out running, my family were laughing at me saying, "What's with all these bloody fitness freaks?"
