It’s hot right now, the trick is to be in the shade where you can and get your outside things done when there’s low humidity and at the coolest parts of the day. Eventually you’ll acclimatize if you spend time outside and don’t crank your AC too hard. At least we found that helps.
Thankfully we have AC practically everywhere unlike the UK which seems to have a meltdown every time it’s over 75f, which is starting to happen more and more, even oop North where I’m from.

We’ve hit the stage where we have things we favor in each country, and we’re lucky that we get to visit the UK at least once a year.
