It is laziness thing to measure foods buy the cup in the US? I have hard time finding cook books that require weighing.
So when a recipe says a cup of bread pieces does that mean a level cup, heaped cup or slightly pressed down? same thing for mini marshmellow? I am thinking I should just have my sister bring me over a couple english cook books. I am too much of a perfectionist to use cup measurments. http://www.metric-conversion.net/weight-converter.htm Remember, that cup weight in dry foods is different from cup weight in liquids. |
