Yes, well. All that's nothing. The other week there was a thread on here about foods we miss from back home, and people started talking about Double Deckers and to cut a long story short, I got so desperate for one that I ordered fifteen of them from amazon.com - $35. They were absolute crap. They taste nothing like they used to. I threw ten of them away in a fit of hormonal pique - and incidently, I'm still feeling hormonally piqued. I intend to write a letter to the manufacturer. And I shall use terms such as, "complete shite", "who the HELL do you think you are??", "These are NOT Double Decker's" and "You have no respect for anybody and you disgust me entirely." I think that's fair enough comment for ****ing around with our chocolate. Don't you think???

Another thing that keeps getting smaller are sugar mice. My Mum used to buy them for us at Christmas and this year I found a pack in my local Brit store but they were tiny in comparison. The ones we used to have were more like sugar guinea pigs compared to this bunch...still gave the kids a sugar rush and had them bouncing off the walls for a few hours though.

1 shilling = 10 pence, not two shillings. The tanner (sixpence) = 5 pence.
