The food court in Kadewe in Berlin has a bar I think. They have nearly everything else there is to possible eat or drink up there (it's definitely worth the trip if you are ever in Berlin).

"Our new sixth-floor restaurant, called The Top Floor, with its great
views over London, is open throughout the day for breakfast, coffee and
pastries, lunch and afternoon tea. As it`s fully licensed, you can relax
with a glass of champagne, wine, beers or spirits at any time of the day."

I used to enjoy a lazy lunch and a break from shopping at the John Lewis department store's Restaurant in Bristol. It is licenesed and the food was delicious, probably still is!
"Choose from salads, sandwiches and soups, plus cooked to order sweet and savoury crepes. Our hot food area serves griddled and stir-fried food and we also serve a large selection of home made cakes, scones, tortes and cream teas.
Every Sunday we serve a roast. The Place to Eat is also licensed, and serves a range of wines. "

I'm not interested in drinking in a bar inside a store................. unless they set it up inside the loungerie dept or ladies changing rooms
