This is one of my favourite shows, however you did see right it won't be back until April 24th.

This is the single biggest thing that pisses me off about US TV. Show the damn show, 1 episode every week, same day and same time, until the season is done. I'll let them off for missing a week here or there or for something like the writers strike but that's it. This is one area where BBCA is actually pretty good.

i thought the delay was because of the writers strike. they have run out of finished episodes and cant show any til they have had the chance to make some more.

Sorry, No idea. I get LOST reading the listings for all these da*n channels.

It is this year. Here most of the new shows start in the fall and run through to May. There aren't enough episodes to show new ones every week...so you get a handful of new episodes...then a handful of repeats...this goes on until May. I found it a little confusing when I first moved here...then I found out that unless a program is listed as 'new' it's usually a repeat.

Unlike the UK where most new shows start in the New Year and new episodes are shown each week until the series is finished.

According to the Wikipedia page, the show had been written to allow for a mid season brake after 8 episodes, with the 8th one having a cliffhanger episode (as we saw).

This was decided prior to the writers strike. I think I read that 13 episodes are actually filmed.

LOL yep one way or another...they've got to spin in out until the May sweeps.
