Default Losing it

I've just put the detergent into the fabric softener section of the washing machine. No excuses, I must be losing it, or getting on a bit, or both. Anyone else do daft things like that?

This past weekend I was making baklava. First I forgot to add lemon juice to the sugar syrup while it was simmering, so it crystalized and I couldn't use it. Then I put all the dough onto the baking sheet and cut it into the shapes I wanted....then realized the nuts were still sitting in a bowl on the counter. Had to go try to uncover already-cut up pieces of dough and throw some nuts into it. Very difficult! Still ended up tasting good, but didn't look very pretty!

So long as there's one person in the house who knows the difference you should be OK. At least that is my working theory.

Don't people just chuck everything into the machine and ignore the labels anyway?
