Karma
Few weeks back asked neighbor if he would mind getting a tree trimmed, at my expense, as it was starting to interfere with my TV satellite signals. When it was windy and the branches waved about my signal broke up. Basically told me to bugger off.
High wind two weeks ago and large branch of the tree broke off from the trunk, smashed his gutter and damaged his roof. It was the part I was offering to pay to get trimmed. This morning guys arrive and start to cut down remainder of the tree. Put my head over the fence and with big smirk say to neighbor, that must be costing a few grand to get a tree that size cut down, should have kept it trimmed.

Re: Karma
Too funny! I wouldn't have said anything myself, as I suspect your neighbour will remember your gloating longer than the tree falling and damaging his roof. ..... I hope that your gloating hasn't unleashed a karma event for you.
