There is that confirmation that junk mail provides, has the delivery been made? Ah yes, the mailman has been for look there is new bedding for the gerbil.

My understanding as with the Royal Mail back home, the USPS is on a tight shoestring budget and they make a lot of their money off bulk mail deliveries.
