I am not familiar with Zoflora, but Jeyes fluid does not smell at all "flowery" - it smells of chemical disinfectant, perhaps reminiscent of a hospital.

Simple Green is my favorite all purpose cleaner and they sell a disinfectant version.

Lowes sells 5 gallon tubs of it. :)

It is indeed for outdoor use only. It is too strong for indoor use.
