Seriously, does anyone born in the USA understand that spelling Stephen with a ph does not mean you are called Stefan......for a country that has about 12 million different forms of Christianity you would have thought they might have heard about 'Saint Stephen' not 'Saint Steven' .....now say my name properly you dumb yank!
