I swear...
If it hadnt of been for this website, I would have lost my mind!
James txt me to say the courier hadn't arrived yet, so he called the service and they were trying to call the deliverer but he wasnt answering his mobile...just our luck! So as James was beginning to get nervous thinking the man may have been in an accident or something horrible, the knock came to the door.
I get a frantic text that looks like Egyptian hieroglyphics and I am preparing myself for the phone call of disappointment.
The phone rings and I kid you not, this man sounded more excited then he did when our son was born lol!
He got his visa 4/17/09
Run down of our time line
July 08 applied for i129f
11/28/08 got NOA2
12/08 received Packet 3
02/09 Sent back packet 3
02/09 Medical Exam
3/24/09 Embassy Interview
4/07/09 Sent required docs to us embassy
4/17/09 VISA IN HAND!!!
04/22/09 James arrives in America
06/11/09 Wedding day!
11 months to wedding day, 8 months visa in hand! Not bad at all

yeah we booked his ticked as soon as he had the visa in hand, he got on cam to show me what it looked like, i didnt expect it to look the Passport info page but I am SO excited!!! he's so happy....
Its his mums birthday today so shes been rather sour about it.

I think you are right about that! i like her, but man o man, shes a peice of work. we have set up redirection of his mail here to the US so thank goodness for small favors least she wont be in his bank accounts now!!
