.... never to volunteer for our neighbourhood HOA Landscape Committee ever again ... it's draining my soul and I've lost the will to live.
How people can fight and quibble so much over the price of a trash receptacle (that's a bin to you and me) I will never know .... argghhhh!

I'm so sorry you are suffering. The only advise I could give you might be what Ray might say "taser them all"

lol... I can guess what you're going through. My parents live in a condo, and the board voted to replace the loos in all the units... most of the owners are older... the plumber eventually finished all the work and told the board he's not setting foot in that building again.

Oops suppposed to be at our HOA meeting tonight, I nearly signed up for the committee last time so probably better I missed it then!

The solution? Don't live in a neighborhood with a HOA! I don't miss it.

I refuse to live in an HOA area. It's easier and less onerous living in a historic district.
