lol... I can guess what you're going through. My parents live in a condo, and the board voted to replace the loos in all the units... most of the owners are older... the plumber eventually finished all the work and told the board he's not setting foot in that building again.

If I could pick up my house and move it (and no I can't) I would. It's hard to find new-build neighbourhoods without an HOA.
