This group is for providing insight and opinion on making peoples'
immigration problems easier, dimbulb! Not a forum for your rabble rousing. Try
taking that white hood and sheet off for a few days...

USENET is free for everyone to exchange opinions if they want to. There are
lots of people who are opposed to foreigners coming to America, and those
(myself included) who feel it is a duty to obstruct the ease with which they
attempt to do so, however modest. In case you have not noticed, many people
have had enough of the mass migrations that have plagued the developed
countries with third world welfare junkies and VISA cheats for the past
decade. If you support immigration fraud as outlined in the link then your
are a criminal facilitator, and treasonous. You do what you gotta do, and
so will we.

what hnchoksi meant is that misc.immigration.* newsgroups are for
discussion of immigration problems people are having. if you want to
discuss why immigration is bad, the appropriate group would be
alt.politics.immigration.

from his e-mail address, it sounds like the original poster is a java
expert and he probably hangs out on the java groups. if i post an
article about why .net is so good and why it should be used, etc. he
would probably give me a reply similar to what hnchoksi gave him.

The h1bFraud group is designed to stamp out fraud in the H1B visa system.
Does wanting to uphold our laws make me a KKK member?

I don't think that protesting the fact that 9 out of 10 jobs in high tech
last year were given to foreign workers while over 2 million technology
workers are unemployed makes me a KKK member. What happened in India when
20 million bangladeshi refugees were taking away jobs, they were all
summarily deported. By your logic every Indian is a KKK member.

No other nation in the world would tolerate the abuses we are facing. The
american system was never designed to have to fight against a industry of
con artists all with one goal in mind - to get these cheap technology
workers into america.

The INS has reported, after doing audits of 3200 people working in the US,
that more than 42% of H1B workers had falsified their applications with fake
work histories and fake degrees. They said the situation was "shocking".

There are whole industries set up in India to create fake diplomas, and
shady fake universities where people essentially buy a degree.

The group is not one sided. It aims to protect the rights of the abused H1B
workers and helps direct them where to file claims as well.

We believe the entire H1B program is fraught with problems. Both for the
foreigners who are abused by head hunting bodyshops and live in fear of
deportation or failing to get a green card, and for the american worker who
finds himself competing with foreign labor.

Now, unless you have the education level to respond to these issues in an
intelligent way, I'd suggest you keep your name calling tactics to yourself.
You just make yourself look like an poorly educated trouble maker who has no
grasp on reality. Of course, odds are that you probably are one of the
estimated 9 million foreign technology workers who entered the country under
false credentials [that figure comes from the INS, not me].

I look forward to your uneducated and ludditious response.

Perhaps we should take Armed and Ready's suggestions to the extreme that he
wishes, in which case, his own family would probably not be here. It is the
fault of people like you that the native peoples of this land are struggling
against extension. You are an embarrassment to the American way of life and
should be taken out and summarily shot. Immigration is, has been and always
will be the cornerstone of life in the United States.
Have a good day.... elsewhere!

This newsgroup like others is open to everyone ideas and comments relating
to immigration to usa. Just you don't like one particular post and you start
calling the poster a racist is uncalled for.

Right. Lots of Americans are having problems with our government
allowing a million plus airliner immigrant parasites such as you
into this country.

No, let's just admit that we're awash in immigrants and they're
doing irreversible damage to the country.

Extension?

So the "American way of life" means allowing a million plus
legal immigrants and an unknown hundreds of thousands of
illegal immigrants into this country every year? Hilarious.

What nonsense.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but unless you are a Native American, you or your
family must have migrated to the US. Would you also deny any fellow
Americans from emigrating? This NG is for Australia & NZ - so I am not sure
what your point is but take a hike.
