Question help needed

I have a question. My husband selected in DV-lottery 2008. We have many relatives in USA but we don't have anyone who can supports us as financial supporter (form I-134). If we would have job offer for both me and my husband from U.S. employees and also having a valuable property here in our country which we can transfer our capital to USA; is it necessary for us to be financially supported by a U.S.C too? and do they accept our case without the financial sponcership?

Thanks in advance,

I don't know for sure, but I know for my friend who was selected from your country also, they REQUIRED him to submit an I-134. He also had assets and income from his own country, but they told him he NEEDS I-134. He had to ask a family friend who lives in USA to help him....it was kind of embarrassing for him to ask for this, since it was a friend of his parents, not himself...but he had to do it.
