I ended up googling a phone number. Transferwise need to improve their website a bit. Luckily the money arrived into my account and I never called them. Probably low fees equals limited support.

If you login you can go to https://transferwise.com/help/contact . After a few questions you get the option to chat, email or call. It's not the easiest feature to access but to be fair it's probably less hidden than the Amazon chat feature.
