This new proposition extending the Homestead Act, will that be Good or Bad for R.E Prices, as we are looking to buy in the near Future??

you can't claim it anyway ..

The building trade is in a massive slump at the moment
As is the whole state ..property prices have dropped and offers can be made ..foreclosure are very high... If you intend to rent it out
or are thinking Orlando .... forget it ...
