Empire Biscuits?
A USC friend locallly just asked me if I knew anywhere to get Empire Biscuits. I had to confess that I had never heard of such a thing. After looking them up they seem like Jammie Dodgers with icing on top. Anyone seen such a thing? Costplus World market?

Never seen them in the US. You can get them almost anywhere around here.

Don't remember ever buying them in a packet, used to get them at our local bakers.

More like two rounds of moist, buttery shortbread, (not the hard jammie dodger biscuit), jam in the middle , icing on top.
