They just move the cost, not contain the cost.

I agree. It is "a cap on what its residents can be charged for the medication. The law doesn’t limit what insulin manufacturers can charge insurance companies, and it’s expected those insurers will pay the difference".
So the drug companies just go on their merry price gouging way.

They should have also limited what insurance companies can be billed for it as well, should have completely capped the price of the drug.
Can get insulin for as low as $30 vial in Canada. (around $23 USD$)

All I can find out is that it limits the Co Pays, despite our beloved Governor saying the days of price gouging are over.
The obvious solution would be to allow imports, but then the cynical amongst us know that the bought and paid for Politicians would never allow that.

Because capping prices solves the problem! It's an all purpose solution!
