My local Target had loads of British stuff spread among the general stuff and at reasonable prices. There were cadburys fingers (made in UK, regular UK style pricing), shortbread (made in Scotland), the Polish chocolate oranges....

Homegoods have a fine selection of Thorntons Chokkys, and a real bargain ($18), ideal for Xmas or just stuffing your face now (I did)
