I have been using expatshield to get my fix for watching Brit TV online. All the channels work fine like the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. But for some reason when I go to channel 5 I can't watch any programming accept for the adverts. When the show should begin I get this message.

"The video you are trying to watch is currently unavailable please check back soon"

Anyone else experiencing this. And can someone offer a solution.

I agree. They're as clear as mud. It used to be better but now they've over-complicated things. I use the USA-UK special for $55 per year. It's on this page;
