The biggest impact for British citizens entering the UK post-Brexit, is likely to be no more than it taking a few minutes more to clear immigration, but I doubt that there will be a noticeable impact even in the first few days after Brexit.

I flew in last Friday for a work trip, can confirm I didn't see Theresa May flying a drone outside of Heathrow.

I'm flying back in July, transiting through Heathrow. I'm expecting delays, long queues and lost luggage.
So, no change from pre Brexit then.

I would hope that after Brexit, the lines for UK/EU citizens will revert to UK citizens only. Should speed things up not having to queue with all the johnny foreigners.

Of course, your SatNav might not work if the UK has not negotiated a way of continuing to use the EU satellite's.
I imagine border control & customs will be fun, I assume the blue line has to go at some point, so lots of decorating needed in the airports.
Keep an eye on the fact that you might need to apply for a Visa to pop to the continent if you need to do that post Brexit, even with the softer version.

That's extremely unlikely as there are many countries around the world that have visa-free access to EU countries, and I fail to see how citizens of the UK could suddenly become an over-stay, illegal work, or criminal activity risk equivalent to visitors from countries in say Latin America, Africa, or Asia.

A lot of cabin crew based at London airports and working for uk airlines actually live in other Euopean countries and commute by air or train to work. There are EASA rulings about where you can live, as in how far from your base airport. These have rarely been checked upon or enforced BUT it seems that a couple of major airlines are now telling these crew that they MUST be living within 90 minutes of the airport before 29 March or risk losing their jobs, especially if there is a hard brexit.
If this is actually enforced there will quite possibly be a shortfall in crew numbers which could lead to cancellations.

You won’t notice any difference on B-Day+1. In the event of No Deal freedom of movement for EU citizens will continue until 31 December 2020 regardless and the EU Commission has already confirmed there will be no visa requirement for British citizens for visits of up to 90 days.

Right now your satnav probably relies on GPS, not Galileo anyway
