Question Best Broadband - least limitations?

Hi everyone back in Blighty,
I'm trying to find a friend/family member (I've been away since before the internet was heard of) back home to set up a Slingbox for me. My first attempt with a family member didn't go so well. They do use their internet a lot, they're with Virgin and they directed me to the rules page where it states that if you use the net a lot (for downloads/uploads etc) they end up limiting your available speed. They rightly didn't want to hook me up and risk slowing there own system down. The Slingbox would only affect their upload, not download, but I do see the risk with the amount they use.

Does anyone know of an internet provider that doesn't have these sort of limitations in the UK? Over here I get to download torrents, and seed away for ages without any such limitations thank goodness. Is this available in the UK?
Thanks....

I'm not into all the technical stuff but have you looked at Sky Broadband? Great package including your Sky TV and telephone aswell if needed.
