Many moons ago I did a night class at the Baking Institute of Singapore.....learnt to make them in industrial sizes, but never actually scaled down the recipe to domestic portions. Maybe try them next week, now we've got a thanksgiving at home for a change....
They're easy to make. I'll search out the recipe I use and post it in the recipe thread. It's basically a swiss roll recipe with a shed load of melted Cadbury's dumped over the top! I already have my Cadbury's supply for it locked away safely!

Wink Re: Being forced to wheel fat people

A Pilot friend of mine posted this photo before wondering if he would need an extra 5,000ft of Runway before getting enough speed to take-off.

He also said he didn't realise that they made wheelchairs for 3 people to sit in at the same time.

I bet the average weight of a fattie has increased since last Wednesday.

I've definitely put on a few pounds. Being quite regular though, I think it's essentially cancelled out by now

I'm hoping to burn mine off by lifting additional snacks at Christmas.

So that's what you're driving while your car is in the shop then?

We put the tree up yesterday, so I burned off a few running up and down the stairs with boxes.

Lifting cake would be more effective because cake is heavier.

A pint would be heavier, but that might balance the snacks in the other hand.
