Nothing only I can't buy them here. All they have is that crackling crap that is a soft as cheese quaver :sneaky:
I looked into making my own and failed at the first step of finding pork rind. :o

Try doing what with it?

Have you seen there is some mystery virus stricking down piglets in the US. Could push up bacon prices as it is starting to cause a shortage.

If bacon ever becomes extinct, before you go and fling yourself off the nearest tall building, try a bit of this stuff......it comes a very acceptable, albeit distant, second.
Even the chicken variety (the coins to the right) isn't bad.......at least, it knocks the socks off turkey bacon, though I realize that bar may not have been set too high....

I'm OK with it if it is a "gateway food", until the customer can handle real sausage rolls. :)

I discovered a food cart near me that sells real sausage rolls. There are a number in my fridge at the moment.

good job you have an America fridge and not the typical tiny British under the counter top fridges the size of a dishwasher, which had the tiny freezer compartment at the top. How did my parents cope?

A small pack, so as to leave room for a bag of peas frozen into a solid block of ice.

You forgot the metal ice tray that you couldn't pick up because it froze to your fingers.

All held firmly in place by ice built up around the edges which got progressively worse because the 'door' wouldn't quite close. Defrosting the fridge was a monumental task.
