I'm not a fan of American bacon, but... we bought a pig from a local organic farm with some friends back in September. The bacon from that pig is actually the best I have ever tasted (actually all the cuts we've eaten so far have been better than any other I've ever had).
I ain't up to that :( |

I get mine from the butcher in Bruntsfield here in Edinburgh. Free range Scottish pigs. Mmmm, tasty stuff. |
