Jim I don't believe it...that's my old stomping ground...it used to be Hignets Chippie.

The Iceland store at the bottom of Frodsham Street...that's where I used to park. I used to slip the car park attendant a bottle of whiskey every now and then...he always saved me a car space. :lol:

There were always lots of American tourists wandering around The Rows. I miss Chester so much...fabulous city. :(

The only time as an adult i went to Chester, it was a race weekend. Met a lot of nice scousers, but not many locals.
