Default Baby Einstein DVDs

I bought mine from eBay circa 2005. 10 disc set for $10. Can't remember if there's Chinese writing on the discs or not. The kids were hit or miss with 'em and I think the 'Cat Sitter' DVD bought from PetsMart were a bigger success.

Anyway, came across this link which may be of use to any BE parents who thought the discs were a pile of $hite:

Possible money back

We bought a bunch of the the toys but not the videos as my son didn't seem too fussed by them. Imagination Movers on the other hand get his full attention.

Wheel of fortune, tape one episode and you'll get to shower in peace while the tot watches it each day
All they need are a few flashing lights and some pings and beeps.

Hey Spoogle - we're going to see the Movers on Friday at the Murat in Indy. Managed to snag a meet & greet with 'em after the show. Me and the wife are as excited as the wee ones (4 year old daughter & 3 year old son)

I got a freebie of about 30 mins duration of the baby Einstein, my twins, no interest, (and it is so playing to us adults, have you seen the penguins?? what is that about?? it's just a toy?) but one night at about 8 weeks old, I had noticed they liked pings and dings, music and snow, plus lights, I in a moment of sleep deprived brilliance, found my husbands DVD of Koyaanisqatsi..... music by Phillip Glas.... instant hypnosis of babies...okay it won't make them bright, but it gave me many months of quite time and I didn't even have to feel bad as it is culture, the fire works and the cars was their favorite

Wash your mouth out Bobert. Gentlemen and scholars - every one. Plus we had something in common - their hero (Stuart Adamson from 'The Skids' and 'Big Country') is from my hometown.

I wonder if there'd be a market for Baby Stalin DVDs? Or Baby Torquemada, perhaps?

The possibilities are endless...

I think there would be an enthusiastic reception in some quarters for "Baby Ayn Rand" DVDs
