B1/B2's can drive on their home country licenses.

I know that they can drive with their home country driver license but the thing is that my sister wants to buy a car and have insurance here. I got my driver license at the dmv with my B1 B2 visa, passport and my I-94 now that im marry, I dont worry about it that much.
