Yes, the site is having problems. I have heard through other friends that site owners are working hard to fix it

P2P networks are under such heavy attack by the government and their paymasters that it's probably time to move away. The alternatives are a VPN service to watch the streamers or alt.binaries on the usenet for downloads.

Am I paranoid or are they all out to get me?

I got Reds in me bed and I can't download Top Gear.

Oh, the humanity!

(on topic) Nah, it's down here too, probably some server glitch or (shifty eyes) a government conspiracy <music> Pah Pah Paaah!!!!!</music>

Feds whipped a pile of domain names over here last month from similar sites.
The silly mass lawsuits have started....even though they aren't getting anywhere yet.

Time to move away from P2P if you want to stay safe.

chartreuse is an unknown quantity at this point

I finally got round to trying iPlayer through a UK proxy today. Of course, the downloads are DRM'd and won't play on Tivo, but FairUse4WM takes care of that...

Edited to add: Of course, that only works for shows they let you download in windows media format. Now to explore the iplayer desktop and possible workarounds...

Hi Fatbrit. I have no idea what you're talking about because I really am useless at anything IT oriented! Can you please do me a favor and explain a little further as to what I would need to do to take an alternative route to watch my lifeline UK shows? Thanks in advance.
