OK today is another of those interview days. This time its for DialAmerica in New Port Richey, FL. Just off Little Road for those who live near Tampa.

If I get this job, its part-time, working as a cold caller phoning people for Surveys(YUCK) on behalf of the United States Army. So if you get a phone call from someone with an British accent, it could be me. Just be kind OK

OK guess I will toddle off and see what the HR lady has to say to me this time. I am certainly not getting my hopes up, or holding my breath. I need a drink LOL

Good luck with that even tho you dont sound too keen. Its still a job, and a jobs a jobs a job as they say.

I don't know if you're at all superstitious but if I were you, I wouldn't mention going for job interviews to many people until at least after you've had the interview.

It worked for me.

Got to the interview and the HR lady was off sick. Now they are going to set another interview date. They said they tried to call me, but I never got a phone call. :curse:

So they didn't even give you the new date? Don't hold your breath for that job.. I'm sure there are more exciting jobs you can do anyway..

Thats the office number, they have separate numbers for cold calling. They had a row of booths in that place all with people making calls. They can't all be using the same number. I will be sure to call you as soon as I get the job, you will be my number 1 priority. Would you be interested in joining the United States Army, we are conducting a survey for the United States Army.

I have to call them on Monday to set up a new interview date.

I know a few who worked there .....not for long though ..

Hmm, the American Way strikes again. If I had a dollar for everytime that has happened to me........
