Oh, and I completely forgot Absolute Power, my favorite Brit comedy since we left the UK.

Well, I'm useless - I never even knew that 'Will and Grace' was that old. I just discovered it. I'll see if I can rent or buy 'Coupling' and 'Black Book' - they sound good. I remember seeing a sit com in England a few years ago - Frances Barber was in it, I think it was set in a massage parlour or something. The episode I saw made me snort tea through my nose. 'AB Fab' and 'Black Adder' are two of my English favourites. Didn't like 'Friends'. Seinfeld was OK though.

Aaaaaaay! The Fonz will be returning to Milwaukee later this year -- permanently, and in bronze.
A statue of Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli, the leather-jacketed biker from "Happy Days," will be erected in the city where the TV sitcom was set, now that local groups have raised the $85,000 needed to do it, civic leaders said Friday.
Henry Winkler, who played Fonzie during the show's run from 1974 to 1984, called the "Bronze the Fonz" project "a phenomenal compliment."

Well, I'd spread it out a bit, as it were. Say, over a couple of months

D'oh! Well that makes a lot more sense - why didn't you say so in the first place?

I'm afraid there aren't many I like now. I loved Friends and Ally McBeal. Lately I've watched the series on HBO or Showtime - I really find the writing to be superior.

Who saw the English version of 'The Office?' I never saw that, either, but a friend of mine from college had a part in it. I think her character's name was Carol.

You know - why do people have to put their own music, etc. over the top of a scene on Youtube? I was hoping to catch a few additional - but no luck.

From what I undestand 'Sit com' stands for 'Situation comedy' .... I have yet to see any American 'Sit com' that contains any comedy .. with perhaps the exception of Frasier
Anything with Drew Carry un it is far from funny, Will and Grace is so un-funny and everybody loves Raymond is total crap ...
