That information obviously has a bearing on the answer to your question. How could you think you could live off the interest without coming to the attention of the authorities?

As nun says, you will have to talk to the executors, perhaps the route used by the poker sites (whatever it was) can be used.

Do you know what an ITIN even is? ..... ITINs are issued by the IRS, not by a resort hotel in Las Vegas!
