She's raising money for herself again it appears. If Trump thinks he can get along just fine with the Tea Party should he become Pres then he may find doing that much more difficult than he imagines

Maybe 60s/70s hard rock. Janis Joplin, Guns N' Roses, Black Sabbath. I say that because he was a young radical back then and generally speaking older people more often than not prefer the music that was "in" during their younger formative years

I thought he was older than that?

Guns N Roses hardly fits in with the other 2, much later.

No way. Bernie's an 'invisible orchestra' conductor if ever I saw one.

Guns N Roses?? More a Rubio generation. Bernie probably likes Pink Floyd, Dire Straits and Queen, which is why we raised the topic in the first place.

Maybe if he was 15 years younger, more like Elvis, maybe.

Since Pennsylvania's primary is so late in the game, maybe we should do a "chaos" move like we did in 2008 (under orders from Rush) and re-register as Democrats so we can vote for Bernie. By then it may be too late and either she has already run the table, or been indicted - in which case Diamond Joe will be the nominee. However it's to be done...anyone but Clinton.

How did that work out for you in '08?? And why would you want to take advice from a drug addict anyway?

Willie Nelson, Neil Young and various other people who haven't had plastic surgery.

It was too little, too late to help Hillary and throw their nomination into some disarray. The point of his advice was to disrupt the other side - nothing wrong with that if you see politics as a game.

Actually, besides being a drug addict, Rush is one of the funniest, wittiest guys on talk radio and never takes himself seriously. I catch him now and then while driving to some appointment or other and usually get a chuckle. Tune in occasionally, you might be surprised.

I'd peg him for a James Taylor fan.

I strongly support an increase in minimum wage but also lean heavily in favor of doing what Peru does, s well as many other countries.

In Peru:

There is a general system of participation in company profits.
Employees of companies which perform activities generating third category income are entitled to
participate in the profits of the company, provided the company has more than 20 employees, and
they are subject to the labor regime for private employees.
Employees share the profits of the company through the distribution by the company of a
percentage of its net income before taxes. This percentage varies according to the employer’s
business, as shown:
%
Mining .................................................. ................... . 8
Fishing .................................................. ................... 10
Industrial .................................................. ............... 10
Telecommunications ................................................ 10
Wholesalers, retailers and restaurants ...................... 8
Other activities........................................ .................. 5
The participation payable to each employee is based on the days actually worked during the year
and the employee’s compensation, as follows:
1. 50 percent of the cash participation is distributed in proportion to the number of days worked by
each employee.
2. 50 percent is distributed in proportion to the compensation earned by each employee.
The maximum cash participation that each employee may receive is the equivalent of 18 monthly
wages as of the year-end. If there is any amount in excess, it should be contributed to the National
Fund for Work Qualification and Employment Promotion (Fondo Nacional de Capacitacion
Laboral y de Promocion del Empleo).
Payment to employees should be made within 30 days following the filing of the annual income
tax return (first week of April of each year).
