Hello everyone
I am trying to get my name on my girlfriends house and have to get passport and birth certificate translated can this been done anywhere or does it have to be done in a government office thank you in advance

It depends on the amphur where you are trying to register. Go and ask them exactly what they want (ask your gf to do it if you don't speak Thai). Each office has its own requirements, and there is rarely any point in trying to negotiate with them. Be prepared for them to randomly ask for additional paperwork when you actually go to register, regardless of what you were told on previous visits.
