CHIANG MAI SECOND INSTALMENT
Okay so who can help out with getting some kind of UK TV here - not confessing to being a couch potato just like to switch off sometimes

down load expatshield (www.expatshield.com) to get an UK IP address (takes 2 minutes to install and is free - except for adverts and a painful video) and then you can use the BBC iplay etc.
Biggest issue with Th is the very variable quality of internet connection. At the moment trialing 3 providers for an "industrial strength" very high up time connection. Glad my life does not depend on it as they are all of very average quality despite their high price and big promises...

Hey thanks so much for the candid reply seems like its a hit and miss affair all round. Let me in on how it goes with an industrial strength server

That sounds good Icecube. I might just give that a try. I'm in Malaysia. Are there any downsides to it, apart from the Ads?
