hi all finish my course in june this year was just wondering will i have to gian my nqt status before i can apply to come live in oz pr can i apply while i am workin towards my nqt

As NQT year will go toward 12 months experience you'll need to get visa, should have it done prior to applying. But if you can only get supply then don't need NQT to pass skills assessment or to obtain visa. Could be a few issues trying to find a job in Aus tho!

As Australi Bound says you need 12 months teaching experience to qualify for a skilled visa of any sort, but you don't specifically need to pass induction. You can get the skills assessment done in advance though and get all your paperwork in order so you can get the application off as soon as the 12 months are up.
