Both my husband and I completed our PGCE through the Teach First programme. Since then we have worked in International schools, by now want to migrate to Australia. Do you know if it is possible to get the skills assessment for the visa with a Teach First PGCE? I ask because there is a request to show 45 days of supervised teaching, but I have no idea how to do this with my qualification. Thanks.

The first question would be, did you actually do 45 days of supervised teaching as part of your qualification? They are very rigid about this - if you did not, you will not pass the skills assessment.
If you did do 45 days of supervised teaching (or equivalent - some programs measure that in hours, which is fine as long as it works out to 45 days) - then you just need to contact your university's education college, and ask them to give you a letter as such. They are used to those enquiries and it won't be a problem.
