Help with Registration in Qld - Declaration
Hi!
I am a qualified teacher of Modern Languages who has got a Permanent Residency Visa.
I would like to register as a secondary Teacher in Queensland but need help.
I have attached all the certified copies onto the APPLICATION FOR TEACHER REGISTRATION FORM but am struggling with section 9 (Declarations-suitability to teach.
I got in touch with a Register officer who gave me the following unhelpful piece of information:"The declaration is at the end of the application form - you need to read the document - sign the declaration in front of an authorised person. You do not need to complete a blank statutory declaration form (having no convictions). Please read the application guidelines for further information".
Am I missing something? There is no document at the end of the application form!
