We've been given a directive from the health minister that health department staff are not allowed to travel overseas at all, and only can travel interstate if necessary. So, I guess if I want to have a job I'll not be going anywhere in the next 6 months or so.

Being woken up at 3am by some sort of small explosion sound. No idea what it was but scared the sleep out of me, and freaked the dog out. I assume maybe a shipping contained was dropped at the port or something, pretty sure it wasn't an explosion, just the best to describe the loudness of the sound.

Conservatives who cry about people getting a meager $700 a month on social assistance proclaiming those on assistance need to get less, and then holding their hand out wanting help now. Weird line of thinking those people have.
