I'm genuinely confused. I thought the BBC was supposed to be an agent of state and an apologist for Johnson's gaffes, as well as the vanguard of the smears against St Jeremiah de Corbyn.

No doubt this is why the BBC is also confused.

I expect this is just revenge for the Andrew Neil situation. The Head Boy and his prefects strike back.

He'll need to get the media under control. You can't look like a hero when things are going pear shaped without the media telling the electorate what to think. Putin is a master at it. Trump is having some difficulties though. I think it's probably that pesky freedom of the press thing over there.

Sickening. Low hanging fruit, paying off low-information new Tory voters who don’t want to pay their licence fee.

According to a BBC News tickertape, Mop-head will be sorting out his buffet reshuffling his cabinet later today.

I wonder who'll get the position of Ditchsmeller Poursuivant ?

Is that at Celtic Park? No surprise then if it is. Those fans would sooner chant about the IRA/Sinn Fein than the SNP as well.

It's because the BBC isn't compliant enough for Boris and Dommings......

Andrw Neil's criticism of Boris, the news story about the sick child whose plight was ignored by Boris, and a few other stories negatively covering Boris and the Tories showed Boris he needed to bring the BBC back into line.

If they can pull it off, Dommings may go first to make-up, as Ms Truss will need 're-inventing'. Allegedly.

That sounds a little far fetched, especially given that both Shard and jimenato were commenting recently that the BBC are broadly neutral, but I'll have to take your word for it as I don't follow the BBC or any other media outlet on TV.

Since when is "broadly neutral" considered "reasonable"? It certainly isn't favourable to Boris.
