Am i shares tthecdisdain of many of us of those brexiters ( usually Engkish )who live in the past tand think that Brexit will see the England return to what They think is its rightfull place in the world.

I'm not the only one who's embarrassed. Nor the only one who sees Britain with diminishing respect. It's been declining steadily for a couple of years now, for blatantly obvious reasons. It wasn't caused by me, or anyone else but Engish leadership's consistent behaviour.
But anyone in close proximity to an English holiday resort has another set of behaviours which feed those very same stereotypes. Again, I didn't cause that. I am, however, often exposed to it, like so many others.
