Though this is a bilateral agreement, I wonder if the other 26 will not copy France & adopt it as their stance post 2019.

I recall the particularly grotty immigration hall at Budapest's airport some years back.... a few hundred thousand quid contributed by the UK would brighten that one up.
Then there's Italy's fiumicino airport, then, etc. etc. Yes, it's going to be great Taking back control....'

Well since we are going to be spending a lot more time in European immigration halls, with our nice blue passports, the least our government could do is spruce them up a bit.
