When I was a kid I had this clockwork train set. The engine pulled two carriages and it went round and round and round…A Remoaner bought an AM radio. It took him a month to figure out he could play it at night.

Guts - or sticking to an idiotic doctrine and unable to change with the times?

Yes, it's unbelievable how many (older) Brexiters are completely stuck in the 1970s. The refrain is always "we only voted to join the Common Market". How people like this can sell this generation of youngsters short is a travesty.

Mind you, it was what a lot of people seemed to be demanding as an alternative to considering their claims on arrival in the EU

Are you advocating open EU borders, free access to all those fleeing wars and oppression .

Not for the EU. He is British isn't he. His voice will soon not be heard in the Union anymore. But he can of course speak for the UK. I am sure the EU will organise the travel of the refugees through EU territory into British territory.

Will DD ever start growing a brain ???
I really do not understand Mayhem doesn't sack him.
He (together with Bojo) do so much harm to the negotiations (if one can call it that), the EU must despair and then laugh their heads off ...
The UK must start to understand that negotiating is just that, negotiating, and not bullying your way around, making things up as you go.

The EU has, rightfully, replied with amendments which really will bind the UK keeping up the agreement.

"Have reached agreement in principle"
"Under the caveat that nothing is agreed until everything is agreed".
"Does not prejudge any adaptation that might be appropriate".

David Davis was guilty of drawing attention to an inconvenient truth. The mantra "nothing is agreed until everything is agreed" was first uttered by an EU negotiator.

Do you think for 1 second that agreement to progress discussions would have been reached if the EU thought the UK would disregard the points agreed before the ink was dry.
Are you that scared of an agreement with the EU that may not result in the brexit you wanted , what ever that is.
