Maybe this will end up like SERPS . I was told that when I started working that my pension would be earning related, then a few years ago they took all that away and made it the same for everyone. I can see this running for 10 to 15 years and then the benefit taken away because it's too expensive. Did the UK Government just put diseased people into care homes to reduce the financial burden? This was after the herd immunity idea to kill off the care home aged people failed.

Imho this should have been introduced years ago and also a foreigners health card.If you are not a british citizen or resident and on the system then you don't get health care.Simple really.
