Default Democrats win Kentucky, next the White House!

For the Democrats to win the Governorship in RED Kentucky where Republicans heavily out number Democrats even despite Trump campaigning Monday night before Tuesday election mean Trump is in BIG TROUBLE next year. Trump begged them to please please support Republican Governor Bevin and the people of Kentucky rejected all those empty words.

America is suffering from Trump fatigue and they want him out. And a damaged Impeached Trump will be even easier to beat 12 months from now.

And did I mention that the state of Virginia went totally Blue last night with every power structure turning Democrat. The results last night in a lot of States showed that one of the areas where Trump is bleeding support is in traditional regions of various states out in the suburbs. Republicans are heavily out numbered in the large metro cities nationwide, and their mainstay areas of support have usually been in the more conservative suburban townships out away from the big cities. Last night showed once again just like in 2018, the suburbs are now trending more Blue and that is very scary news for the republican party and especially Trump. Even red Ohio suburbs went Blue last night.

Trump will be defeated as long as the Democrats pick a moderate Candidate. If Republicans and Trump can't win conservative Kentucky, they have very little chance winning the Blue states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. People are now woke!

Yes and no. Yesterday’s results were generally encouraging, especially Virginia. But I think Kentucky was a bit disappointing. The democrat won, but he should have won by a much bigger margin. Kentucky has traditionally elelected democratic governors, and Bevin was so monumentally unpopular he should’ve lost by more. Can’t help but think there’s an element of pro-Trump impeachment backlash in the narrow result in Kentucky.

The Democrat winning Kentucky should be off the charts encouraging for you and this is the reason why.

The republicans invested everything they had to win the Governorship last night. They sent in everyone that could potentially influence Kentucky to stay RED and it still didn't work. The senate majority leader Mitch McConnell is the senator from Kentucky, the Vice President was sent there multiple times, every mainstay republican politician was sent into Kentucky, and millions of dollars were spent on winning that race without getting their result. And the polls before last night had Bevin winning by five percentage points but he still lost. And here's the reason why.

Republican Governor Bevin while in office over the last 4 years took away healthcare coverage from over 30,000 Kentuckians. He took them off of Medicare and Medicaid. And if anyone know anything about Kentucky and states like it(Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia ect) the people in those states are heavily depended on government assistance for healthcare. Kentucky is not known as one of our most robust economic states that is able to produce good jobs for it's people. Places like that are traditionally coal mining country and that is why Hillary lost Kentucky by over 30% to Trump after telling those people that her policies would quicken the move away from jobs that are coal mining to clean energy. That was one among several serious blunders by Clinton. Even Bill Clinton who supported clean energy jobs didn't go to Kentucky and tell generations of family that they should prepare themselves to loose one of their traditional means of income. In any case, Democrats really need to examine how the new Governor Elect ran his race for Kentucky because running as a moderate is exactly how they can win the White House and Senate in 2020.

Polls were mixed, as always, but they certainly didn’t all have Bevin winning by 5 points.

I agree that there are always a few polls which are outliners in every election. But the main polls saw a major shift in the last three months in the direction of Bevin. It was all that money that had been poured into the state from multiple political Pac groups. Republicans really thought the main polls were correct and they were counting on Trump's multiple visits to that state to pull them over the finish line. But as the young people say, folks are starting to become woke! Even Republicans are waking up to the fact that Trump policies are benefiting and geared toward helping mainly the very rich.

That crazy man would love nothing better than to get rid of Obama care and use that money to help pay for the tax breaks for the extremely wealthy. Sick!

Btw, those tax breaks are currently blowing a 1.4 trillion dollar deficit in our yearly budget.

Pay close attention to the shifting support in the suburbs in the next 6 months from Republicans to Democrats. If Republican can't win conservative areas of the country then they are in huge trouble. The suburbs are were more family households are located and they tend to have fewer single women and men. Married women are more likely to consider voting for conservative policies as oppose to single women. If Democrats just narrow their loosing percentage in the suburbs, even without winning there, they then win those elections because Democrats usually win Metro cities in most states by wide margins. Pennsylvania and Michigan are perfect examples were the voters stayed home in 2016 in Detroit and Philadelphia because they didn't want to vote for Hillary and they didn't fear Trump policies. I think the latter has seriously changed.
