I'm a bit disappointed, a few camels roaming along Michigan Avenue would be most entertaining!

I am actually surprised Vancouver hasn't had a confirmed case yet considering how many daily flights there are to/from multiple city's in China, Vancouver has the most flights to/from China then any city in North America + our very large Chinese population.

The first Canadian case, the man was showing symptoms prior to arriving in Canada, so much for the enhanced screening the government claims to be doing.

4th case in the US, person had traveled from Wuhan, and is hospitalized in unknown condition in a Los Angeles hospital.

There was a good travel documentary on the BBC, I forget the name of the guy, but he showed a camel roundup in Australia. He interviewed the farmer and the camel wrangler, he exported camels mainly to the gulf states. Partly for meat, partly for racing I think. Weirdly, he hadn’t thought of the Chicago opportunities! Definitely missing a trick!

We are very into Camels here. I used to work with a lady in her 50s who is an enthusiastic and accomplished Camel Jockey and has the trophies to prove it.

The meat isn't great to be honest. Had a camel burger once and was tougher than beef, lacking any really decent flavour.

Camel racing is hilarious, closely followed by the Land Cruiser race alongside the track of the trainers controlling the robot jockeys on board.

Which is kind of a shame, I'd love to see the traffic report in the morning about a camel blocking the road because it sat down and is spitting on everyone who tries to move it.
