Default World Cup Win - do the Catalans and Basques care?

I'm interested in knowing if the Spanish world cup victory is being celebrated in places like Bilbao or Barcelona. Will they be happy/indifferent or would they have been supporting The Netherlands in the same way as most Scots would support anyone but England.

Especially as so many of the national team play for Barcelona.
