Sorry but my last comment was also referring to Barriej not to your comment. And of course, I think it's best to let it go and go back to the topic we were dealing with.:thumb:
Ok let me clarify. I wasn't having a pop, just pointing out that you made a statement that was at best ambiguous. In addition, in the invoices that you issue as a self-employed person, the VAT of the country where you are providing the services must appear. You didn't put 'if registered, or you must register in your post, it would be assumed by anyone who did not know the rules around VAT that this would have to be done.. I used to work in an industry in the Uk (but its the same all over the world) where VAT fraud is rife. Its not a subject I refer to very often these days. I also ran a business that was VAT rated and was the subject of a fraud investigation which the company was found innocent. You answered a newly enrolled member with advice that could have caused issues had they been unaware of the implications, even if you did so without malice. ⠀‹As posted you didn't have a profile so any of us could have jumped to the conclusion I did about your advice (also you and the OP could have been the same and you were trying to drum up business by trying to bypass forum rules) this Im sure has happened before. So Im sorry if I annoyed you and lets leave it here.... ⠀‹I apologise.... |
