What are the ramifications of the landlord making a denucia against you for witholding rent?
Is a denuncia worth anything or are they made so often that they are pretty meaningless with no consequences for either party?

Seems the best option is to grin and bear it until end of agreement then move out. End of summer now so presume you will not be wanting to use pool in winter. Just put it down to experience. Stopping rent or even part of it is fraught with danger. Knowing the system over here, you may find that in a few years time you will have a couple of men dressed in penguin suits following you around the streets wherever you go.
